Refund Policy

• Appointment fees are refundable if you cancel more than 72 hours before your appointment.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment are non-refundable, as it is unlikely that the appointment can be offered to another family at short notice.

• Payment must be made within 4 hours of booking by bank transfer. If payment is not received within this time, you appointment may be cancelled and offered to another family.

• If you are unable to carry out your appointment due to exceptional circumstances (for example, your baby is unexpectedly admitted to hospital), please contact Tiny Ties as soon as possible. Wherever possible, an alternative appointment will be offered.

• In the unlikely event that Tiny Ties need to cancel your appointment, you will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund.
